Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 7 days. In most of the products we have mentioned the time we require to ship the products.

Cancellation
If due to any reasons you wish to cancel your placed order, please mail us on: contact@rangpitaara.com within 24 hours of placing your order, mentioning your order ID.

Your entire amount will be refunded in 10 working days. (only if we receive the cancellation request through mail within 24 hours of you placing the order, i.e. before your item(s) are dispatched)

Damages
If unfortunately you receive any item which is damaged/broken/defected, please mail us on contact@rangpitaara.com within 24 hours of delivery with an attached original picture of the damaged product and your order ID. We will personally look into the matter and will ensure that a replacement is initiated from our side after we receive the product back from you. Courier charges paid by you , will be compensated by providing you with a voucher/coupon code, which you may use in your next order at Rangpitaara within 3 months.

Return Policy
We accept returns, only in the following cases:
1) If the item(s) are damaged/defective/broken.
2) Have some quality issues.
